Why this site doesn't sound like every other yoga blog.

I started Yoga Hubs because most yoga writing online sounds either like a brochure or a sermon. I wanted something between — the kind of reading you'd get if your most thoughtful, slightly skeptical friend happened to practice yoga and didn't try to convert you.

So here it is: practice notes, apparel reviews that don't pretend everything is amazing, breath work that doesn't promise to rewire your nervous system in a week. Honest, useful, and as clear as I can make it.
